Refund policy

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at info@masijewels.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item remains unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
