Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes. We offer free tracked shipping on orders over €60 / £70 / $100.
What is your return policy?+
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.

If you return part of an order purchased with the 3 for 2 offer, the promotional discount will no longer apply and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Can I cancel or change my order?+

Yes. Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear and is water, sweat and perfume resistant.
Can I shower or swim with my jewellery?+
Yes. Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear and is water resistant. However, to preserve the finish for as long as possible, we still recommend avoiding excessive exposure to chemicals, chlorine and perfumes.
Will it tarnish or turn green?+
Our pieces are made to resist tarnishing and green marks with proper care.
What materials do you use?+
We use premium 316 stainless steel with high-quality PVD plating.
